THIS CLASS IS PART OF AN 8 WEEK SERIES
This course will cover the foundation techniques of wedging clay, throwing basic cup or bowl forms, trimming, adding handles, and glazing. This course is a great introduction (or a refresher!) to throwing on the wheel, and working in a community studio. There will be ongoing demonstrations and plenty of work time.
All six, eight, and ten-week clay classes included unlimited Open Studio time for the duration of the class, 12 lbs of fresh clay, and shared shelf space. No prior experience with clay necessary; this course is open to everyone.
