Class Description:
Learn to weave a small backpack basket, perfect for foraging hikes or market trips. Practice weaving an oval base, various side weaves, and finish with leatherwork for the straps. Students can bring their own backpack straps to incorporate.

Prerequisites: Intermediate willow weaving experience required. Familiarity with pairing/reverse pairing, waling weaves, and at least one side weave/randing weave is necessary.
Physically engaging; may be challenging for those with hand issues. Lunch break included each day.

Cancellation policy:
Full refunds are available for classes cancelled 30 before the start date of your class.
Classes cancelled after 30-14 days before the start date of your course will receive a 50% refund.
Classes cancelled within 14 days of the start date of your class are not eligible for a refund.
Classes cancelled due to inclement weather or an instructor emergency will be added on to the back end of the series.
We are not able to offer make up classes for students who miss a class session.
